Who holds my funds?

You do. Rayflow is a non-custodial wallet: your key is secured by Privy, transactions are signed on your device, and you can export your private key any time from your profile.

What does it cost?

Sending money to people is free, and we cover network fees within fair-use limits. Trades and swaps carry a fee, and so do withdrawals to other networks. Every fee is shown before you confirm.

Where is Rayflow available?

Worldwide, except the United States and sanctioned countries and regions. Some features, such as tokenized stocks, may be unavailable in more places.

Are these real stocks?

No. They are tokens on Base that track the price of a share. They are not securities and carry issuer and protocol risk. Dividends are reinvested into your position.

Why is there no seed phrase?

Your wallet is built in and secured by Privy, so there are no twelve words to write down and lose. You sign in with email, Apple or Google, and a PIN or Face ID guards the app.

What if I lose my phone?

Your key is not stored on the phone: Privy secures it, and the app itself is locked with your PIN or Face ID, so a lost phone does not hand anyone your wallet.
