These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “User”) and HASHER COMPANY OÜ, a company incorporated in Estonia with registry code 16917232 and registered address at Vesivärava tn 50-201, Tallinn, 10152 Estonia (“Rayflow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Rayflow mobile application, website, wallet interface, stablecoin payment features, card-related features, account features, exchange features, earn-related features, and any other functionality made available through Rayflow from time to time (together, the “Platform” or “Services”).
Rayflow is a non-custodial stablecoin payment application and software interface. Rayflow allows users to create or access a self-custodial wallet, top up an app balance with supported stablecoins, send value to other users by nickname or other identifiers, access earn-related functionality, use card-related features, and withdraw supported assets to supported blockchain networks.
Rayflow does not hold your private keys and does not take custody or control of digital assets in your self-custodial wallet. Your wallet may be created using social login, email login, passkeys, embedded wallet technology, smart wallet technology, or other authentication methods made available in the App. You remain responsible for securing access to your wallet, device, recovery methods, private key, seed phrase, and transactions.
Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, clicking to accept these Terms, or using any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Rayflow.
1. Important Notice About Rayflow
Rayflow is designed to make stablecoin payments easier to use. Rayflow operates as a non-custodial software application and interface. Rayflow is not a bank, not a deposit-taking institution, not an electronic money institution, not a licensed cryptoasset service provider, not an investment adviser, and not a broker.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rayflow does not:
- hold your private keys;
- take custody of digital assets held in your self-custodial wallet;
- operate a licensed exchange, broker, bank, electronic money institution, or cryptoasset service provider unless expressly stated otherwise;
- guarantee the value of any digital asset;
- guarantee that any stablecoin will maintain its peg;
- guarantee that blockchain transactions can be reversed, cancelled, or recovered;
- provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice;
- guarantee uninterrupted access to any blockchain network, smart contract, card feature, payment feature, or app functionality.
Rayflow may make certain features available only in selected jurisdictions, for selected users, or for selected assets and networks.
2. Structure of the Services
The Rayflow Platform may include the following functionality:
- Self-custodial wallet functionality — creation, access, recovery, signing, sending, receiving, and management of supported digital assets.
- App balance functionality — a balance displayed in the App that may represent supported on-chain digital assets or stablecoin-based units made available for supported app features.
- Stablecoin payment functionality — use of supported stablecoins or app balances for payments, withdrawals, transfers, and card-related usage.
- Nickname and QR transfers — sending value to other Rayflow users using simplified identifiers.
- Card-related functionality — use of supported app balances for card payments where available.
- Earn-related functionality — optional features that may allow eligible users to receive rewards or yield on supported balances or assets.
- Withdrawal functionality — withdrawal of supported assets to supported blockchain networks and wallet addresses.
- Account functionality — user profile, security settings, transaction history, notifications, limits, and support.
Some functionality may be unavailable, restricted, delayed, changed, or discontinued at any time for legal, technical, security, compliance, operational, or product reasons.
Rayflow may make certain technical features available through wallet infrastructure, smart wallet infrastructure, blockchain infrastructure, payment infrastructure, compliance tools, or other external systems. Rayflow does not guarantee the availability, security, uninterrupted operation, or continued support of any such systems.
3. Eligibility
You may use Rayflow only if:
- you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
- you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- you are using Rayflow for lawful personal purposes;
- you are not located in, resident in, incorporated in, or otherwise connected to a jurisdiction where use of Rayflow is prohibited or restricted;
- you are not subject to sanctions, asset freezes, trade restrictions, or listed on any sanctions or restricted-party list;
- your use of Rayflow does not violate any law, regulation, court order, contractual obligation, or third-party right applicable to you.
We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Rayflow if we reasonably believe that you do not meet these eligibility requirements.

5. Your Rayflow Account
To use certain Services, you may need to create an Account and provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, device information, wallet address, identity information, or other information requested in the App.
Basic wallet functionality may be available without full identity verification. However, Card Usage, payment-related functionality, higher limits, withdrawals, earn-related features, or other features may require verification before they become available.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading. You must update your information if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account, device access, passcodes, biometric authentication, cloud backup credentials, wallet recovery methods, and any other access method used with Rayflow.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, compromise, fraud, or suspicious activity involving your Account or wallet.
6. Verification, Compliance, and Restrictions
Certain Rayflow features may require identity verification, sanctions screening, fraud checks, source of funds checks, ongoing monitoring, or other compliance procedures.
KYC and verification checks may be required for Card Usage and other payment-related features. These checks may be performed through verification and compliance systems made available in or through the App. Rayflow may not itself perform all verification steps and may rely on external verification processes where applicable.
You agree to cooperate with all reasonable requests for information and documentation. Failure to provide requested information may result in rejection, delay, limits, suspension, closure, failed transactions, or inability to use certain features.
Rayflow may restrict, suspend, delay, reject, or terminate access to any feature if required for legal, compliance, security, fraud prevention, sanctions, risk management, or operational reasons.
Rayflow may cooperate with competent authorities and provide information where required by applicable law.
7. Self-Custodial Wallet
Rayflow may allow you to create, access, connect, or use a Self-Custodial Wallet. A wallet may be created through social login, email login, embedded wallet technology, smart wallet technology, or other wallet access methods made available in the App.
Where you use a Self-Custodial Wallet, you understand and agree that:
- you are responsible for safeguarding your wallet access methods;
- Rayflow does not hold your private keys;
- you may be able to view, export, or back up your private key, seed phrase, or equivalent recovery credentials where this feature is available in the App;
- Rayflow may not be able to recover your wallet if you lose access;
- anyone with access to your device, recovery phrase, private key, cloud backup, passcode, biometric access, or other authentication method may be able to access or transfer your Digital Assets;
- blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once submitted;
- Rayflow may not be able to cancel, reverse, refund, or modify blockchain transactions;
- you are responsible for verifying addresses, networks, assets, amounts, and transaction details before confirming any Transaction.
Rayflow may simplify wallet access through social login, email login, passkeys, device authentication, embedded wallet technology, smart wallet technology, or other recovery mechanisms. These mechanisms may depend on your device, email account, phone number, authentication provider, or other systems outside Rayflow’s control.
You are responsible for securing those systems. Loss of access, unauthorized access, device compromise, cloud compromise, forgotten passwords, failed recovery, or misuse of recovery methods may result in loss of access to Digital Assets.
8. Recovery and Backup
Rayflow may offer recovery, export, or backup options for your Self-Custodial Wallet. The exact recovery method may depend on the wallet type, device, operating system, security settings, and functionality available at the time.
You are responsible for understanding and securing your recovery method. If your recovery method depends on an email account, phone number, passkey, device, password, recovery phrase, private key, authentication method, or other credential, you are responsible for keeping it safe and accessible.
Rayflow is not responsible for losses caused by:
- lost or forgotten passwords;
- lost recovery phrases or private keys;
- lost access to email, phone number, device, or cloud account;
- unauthorized access to your cloud account or device;
- failed recovery attempts;
- delays during wallet recovery;
- incorrect backup setup;
- failure to update or secure your recovery method.
9. Blockchain Transactions and Network Risk
Blockchain Networks are not owned, operated, or controlled by Rayflow. Transactions on Blockchain Networks may be delayed, rejected, reverted, failed, stuck, incorrectly routed, or permanently lost.
This may happen due to:
- network congestion;
- insufficient gas or Network Fees;
- incorrect addresses;
- unsupported networks;
- unsupported token standards;
- smart contract errors;
- validator or sequencer failures;
- blockchain forks;
- oracle failures;
- bridge failures;
- RPC or infrastructure outages;
- malicious activity;
- user error.
You are responsible for ensuring that the asset, network, address, memo, tag, destination, amount, and transaction details are correct before confirming any Transaction.
Rayflow is not responsible for losses caused by unsupported assets, unsupported networks, incorrect wallet addresses, wrong network deposits, missing memo or tag details, failed bridges, failed smart contracts, or irreversible blockchain transactions.
10. Supported Assets and Networks
Rayflow may support only selected Digital Assets, Stablecoins, Fiat Currency references, and Blockchain Networks.
Support may change at any time. Rayflow may add, remove, suspend, restrict, or discontinue support for any asset, network, feature, or transaction type.
You must not send unsupported assets or use unsupported networks. If you send unsupported assets, send assets to the wrong network, or send assets to an incorrect address, recovery may be impossible.
Rayflow may display asset balances, estimated values, fiat equivalents, transaction history, or app balances. These displays may be estimates and may not represent a claim against Rayflow unless expressly stated.
11. Stablecoin Top-Up and App Balance
Rayflow may allow you to top up an app balance using supported Stablecoins or other supported Digital Assets.
At launch, Rayflow may support a USD-denominated app balance. This balance may be displayed in the App as a USD balance and may be linked to supported on-chain stablecoin-based assets or payment-related digital assets.
The app balance is not a bank deposit, not an electronic money account, and not protected by any deposit guarantee or investor compensation scheme unless expressly stated otherwise.
Depending on the feature, incoming assets may be displayed as a balance within the App, used for payment-related functionality, made available for card usage, sent to another Rayflow user, or withdrawn to a supported blockchain network.
Rayflow may display balances in Fiat Currency equivalents, such as USD or EUR. Displayed fiat values may be estimates, may fluctuate, and may differ from actual transaction, payment, withdrawal, or conversion amounts.
Stablecoins are not risk-free. A Stablecoin may lose its peg, become illiquid, be frozen by its issuer, become unsupported, be affected by regulatory action, or become unavailable on certain networks.
You acknowledge that Rayflow does not guarantee:
- that any Stablecoin will maintain a fixed value;
- that any Stablecoin issuer will honor redemption;
- that any Stablecoin will remain supported;
- that any displayed balance will be available for all features at all times;
- that withdrawals, transfers, or payments will always be available, instant, or successful.
12. Conversion, Exchange, and Rates
Rayflow may allow supported assets to be topped up, used, withdrawn, transferred, or reflected in the App through app-based balance and payment functionality. Rayflow may also make limited conversion, exchange, or rate-based functionality available where supported in the App.
Rates or received amounts may include spreads, fees, price movement, network costs, or other charges. The final received amount may differ from estimates shown before confirmation due to volatility, network fees, timing, technical limitations, or other market and network conditions.
A displayed quote may be valid only for a limited time. If a quote expires, changes, or cannot be executed, the transaction may fail, be delayed, or require new confirmation.
You are responsible for reviewing all transaction details before confirmation.
13. Nickname, QR, and Rayflow-to-Rayflow Transfers
Rayflow may allow eligible users to send value to other users using nicknames, usernames, QR codes, contacts, phone numbers, email addresses, wallet addresses, or other identifiers.
You are responsible for confirming that the intended recipient is correct before sending. Similar or misleading nicknames may exist.
Rayflow is not responsible for losses caused by:
- sending funds to the wrong recipient;
- mistyped usernames, nicknames, wallet addresses, or identifiers;
- impersonation;
- scams;
- mistaken transfers;
- recipient refusal, account restriction, or inability to receive funds.
Rayflow-to-Rayflow transfers may be processed as blockchain transactions, including withdrawals or transfers to another user’s wallet or smart wallet address. The timing, fees, reversibility, and settlement method may vary depending on the feature used.
Rayflow may apply limits, screening, delays, or reviews to transfers for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.
14. Card Usage
Rayflow may make Card Usage available to eligible users in supported jurisdictions. Card Usage may require identity verification and approval before it becomes available.
Card Usage may allow you to use your supported app balance for payments at merchants, online, in-store, or through device payment services where available. Card payments may be funded from the same app balance used for supported transfers and withdrawals.
Card Usage may be subject to:
- eligibility checks;
- identity verification;
- jurisdictional restrictions;
- transaction limits;
- asset and balance availability;
- merchant acceptance;
- security checks;
- compliance reviews;
- fees and exchange rates;
- temporary or permanent restrictions.
Card transactions may be declined, delayed, reversed, refunded, frozen, limited, or unavailable for reasons outside Rayflow’s control, including merchant rules, payment network rules, fraud checks, compliance requirements, insufficient balance, technical issues, unsupported countries, unsupported merchants, or suspected misuse.
Rayflow does not guarantee that Card Usage will be accepted by any merchant or available in any particular country, currency, wallet, device, or payment environment.
15. Device Payment Services
Rayflow may support the use of card-related functionality through device payment services such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or similar services where available.
Use of device payment services may depend on your device, operating system, country, card eligibility, security settings, merchant acceptance, and other factors.
Rayflow is not responsible for:
- failure to add a card to a device wallet;
- device payment service outages;
- merchant terminal issues;
- device security problems;
- payment authentication failures;
- losses caused by unauthorized use of your device.
16. Earn Features
Rayflow may offer Earn Features that allow eligible users to receive yield, rewards, incentives, or other benefits on supported balances or assets.
Earn Features may be applied automatically to eligible balances or may require you to activate them in the App, depending on the feature made available at the time.
Rayflow may display accrued rewards, pending rewards, historical rewards, or available rewards in the App. Where available, you may be able to claim, collect, or add rewards to your app balance using a dedicated action in the App.
Earn Features are optional and may vary by asset, jurisdiction, user eligibility, balance type, product configuration, and availability.
Any displayed rate, including APY, APR, estimated return, promotional rate, or historical return, is not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Rates may change at any time and may be variable, promotional, estimated, or dependent on market and technical conditions.
Earn Features involve risk, including but not limited to:
- smart contract risk;
- protocol risk;
- liquidity risk;
- stablecoin de-peg risk;
- market risk;
- technical risk;
- regulatory risk;
- delayed withdrawals;
- loss of expected rewards;
- loss of principal.
Rayflow does not provide investment advice. Nothing in the Platform is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, stake, lend, borrow, allocate, or use any Earn Feature.
17. Withdrawals
Rayflow may allow users to withdraw supported assets to supported Blockchain Networks and wallet addresses.
Withdrawals may be subject to:
- minimum and maximum limits;
- network fees;
- availability of supported networks;
- security checks;
- compliance reviews;
- technical delays;
- blockchain confirmation times;
- temporary suspension or restriction.
You are responsible for confirming that the withdrawal address, asset, network, memo, tag, and amount are correct.
Rayflow may charge a fee on withdrawals. Where a withdrawal fee applies, the amount sent to the destination address may be lower than the balance amount selected for withdrawal. For example, if you withdraw a selected amount, Rayflow may deduct an applicable fee and send the remaining amount to the destination address. Applicable fees will be displayed in the App where practicable before confirmation.
Withdrawals sent to the wrong address, wrong network, unsupported wallet, unsupported contract, or without a required memo or tag may be permanently lost.
18. Fees
You may be charged Fees for certain Services. Fees may include:
- app service fees;
- network fees or gas fees;
- conversion fees;
- spreads or markups;
- withdrawal fees;
- card-related fees;
- foreign exchange or currency-related fees;
- earn-related fees;
- subscription or premium feature fees.
Fees may change from time to time. Fees may be described in a separate Fee Schedule or displayed in the App. Where practicable, applicable Fees will be displayed in the App before you confirm a transaction.
Network Fees are not controlled by Rayflow and may fluctuate based on network conditions.
19. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining whether taxes apply to your use of Rayflow, including transfers, payments, conversions, withdrawals, rewards, and Earn Features.
You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes to the relevant tax authorities.
Rayflow does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for determining, withholding, reporting, or paying taxes on your behalf unless required by applicable law.
20. Prohibited Use
You must not use Rayflow to:
- violate any law, regulation, sanctions rule, court order, or third-party right;
- launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or facilitate illegal activity;
- engage in fraud, scams, deception, market manipulation, or abusive conduct;
- receive, send, store, or convert assets derived from unlawful activity;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity;
- use another person’s wallet, card, identity, device, or payment method without authorization;
- engage in prohibited gambling, illegal goods or services, darknet activity, ransomware, malware, hacking, stolen funds, fraud proceeds, or other high-risk activity;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit Rayflow;
- bypass limits, compliance controls, geofencing, fees, or security measures;
- create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, limits, rewards, or app functionality;
- use Rayflow for commercial purposes unless expressly permitted by Rayflow.
We may suspend, restrict, terminate, freeze, delay, or investigate activity that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or risk policies.
21. Security
You are responsible for securing:
- your device;
- your email account;
- your phone number;
- your cloud account;
- your passwords;
- your passcodes;
- your biometric authentication;
- your wallet backup;
- your recovery methods;
- any connected wallet or external account.
You should not use Rayflow on a compromised, rooted, jailbroken, cracked, or insecure device. You should keep your device and software updated.
Rayflow is not responsible for losses caused by phishing, social engineering, malware, device compromise, cloud account compromise, SIM swap, leaked credentials, unauthorized access, user error, or failure to secure your wallet or Account.
22. Official Communications and Phishing
Official communications from Rayflow will be sent only through official Rayflow domains, in-app messages, or other channels identified by Rayflow.
You are responsible for verifying communications and avoiding phishing attempts.
Rayflow will never ask you to share your private keys, recovery phrase, full wallet backup, or password through email, social media, chat, or unofficial channels.
23. Service Availability and Changes
Rayflow may be updated, changed, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time.
Rayflow may restrict access to app features, but Rayflow does not control Digital Assets held in your Self-Custodial Wallet. Certain app features, payment-related balances, card usage, earn features, or simplified transfer features may be unavailable or restricted even if your wallet remains accessible outside the affected feature.
Features may be added, removed, modified, delayed, limited, or made unavailable by jurisdiction, asset, network, user category, or product configuration.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous availability of Rayflow.
Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, provider failures, blockchain congestion, network issues, security incidents, legal restrictions, sanctions, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
Your continued use of Rayflow after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
24. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, terminate, or limit your access to all or part of Rayflow at any time where:
- you breach these Terms;
- you fail verification, compliance, sanctions, fraud, or security checks;
- required by law, court order, or regulator;
- we suspect fraud, unauthorized use, prohibited activity, or misuse;
- your activity creates legal, security, operational, reputational, or compliance risk;
- you provide false, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information;
- we discontinue a feature, asset, network, jurisdiction, or Service.
Termination of access to the App does not necessarily affect your rights in Digital Assets held in a Self-Custodial Wallet. However, access to Rayflow functionality, app-based features, card usage, earn features, transaction history, simplified transfers, and recovery features may no longer be available.
You may stop using Rayflow at any time. Before deleting your Account or uninstalling the App, you should withdraw or secure any assets and ensure that you have access to any wallet backup or recovery method.
25. Intellectual Property
Rayflow, the App, website, software, design, interface, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, content, data, and other materials are owned by Rayflow or its licensors.
Rayflow grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, sell, sublicense, exploit, or create derivative works from Rayflow except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by Rayflow.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations, you grant Rayflow a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
